What’s included

With Sneak Peek + Design Guarantee, you will receive:

 A design preview before shipment

We will email you photos of your custom plush while it is in production.

This gives you a chance to review the overall look, expression, and key details before your plush is finalized and shipped.

Up to 2 rounds of revisions

If you would like changes, you may request up to two rounds of design revisions.

Examples may include adjustments to:

• Fur tone

• Eye or nose details

• Other design elements within the scope of our customization options

To avoid delays, we recommend including all requested changes during your first revision round whenever possible.

Please note revisions may extend production timelines.

Design Approval & Refund Protection

If, after working with us through revisions, you still do not feel the design is right for you, you may request a refund before approving the final design.

Refund includes:

✔ Original shipping fee (if applicable)

Refund does not include:

✦ Sneak Peek + Design Guarantee service fee

The service fee is non-refundable, as it covers design consultation, preview preparation, and revision work already completed.

72-Hour Approval Window

Once your Sneak Peek photos are sent, we ask that you review them within 72 hours.

If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, the design will be considered approved so we can keep production moving.

What happens after approval?

Once you approve your Sneak Peek design (or the 72-hour approval window passes), your order moves into final fulfillment.

At that point:

• Your order becomes final sale

• Refunds and returns are no longer available

• Your plush remains covered under our Craftsmanship Warranty and Lifetime Repair Promise

If there is a sewing defect, structural issue, or craftsmanship error, we will still make it right.
